Event Referral Agreement
Refer a party or event to Mystic Vines and earn up to $500
📄 Mystic Ambassador's – Event Referral Agreement
Referral Fee: $200–$500
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Mystic Vines Arts & Entertainment Center (“Venue”) and the Referral Partner / Mystic Ambassador (“Referrer”).
1. Referral Purpose
The Referrer agrees to recommend potential clients to Mystic Vines for private events, parties, celebrations, or corporate functions (“Referred Event”).
2. Referral Fee
Mystic Vines agrees to pay a Referral Fee between $200 and $500, based on the final event package purchased, excluding:
- Performer fees
- Third-party vendor fees
- Add-on services not included in the base event package
- Open bar purchases
3. Eligibility Requirements
A Referral Fee is earned only if:
- The Referred Client books a private event at Mystic Vines.
- A deposit is paid and the event is fully confirmed by the Venue.
- The Referrer is listed at the time of booking or communicates the referral before a contract is signed.
4. Payment Method
- Referral Fees are paid within 5 business days after the event takes place and full payment is received.
- Payment may be made via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or check, at the Referrer’s choice.
5. No Employee Status
The Referrer is not an employee or agent of Mystic Vines.
No taxes are withheld. Any tax obligations from Referral Fees are the Referrer’s responsibility.
6. No Exclusivity
Mystic Vines may obtain event clients from any other source at any time. This agreement does not grant exclusive marketing or referral rights.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Referrals made before termination remain valid and payable if booked.
8. Venue Rights
Mystic Vines reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline events based on capacity, schedule, or policy.
- Adjust base event packages and pricing without notice.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements regarding referral fees.
