Though we prefer to help 501(c)(3) organizations or people experiencing a specific hardship, we will certainly consider any worthy cause.
No, we would set a schedule with you and check availability of our comedy teams unless you don't feel that you would be able to have at least 25 tickets sold (sell out show is 50 seats but we can do 60 if needed. If you have a very large reach and following and think you can fill the shows, we can do multiple shows (7pm and 930pm on the same day) or even have multiple days.
What is the expectation of the participating organization in populating the event?
Though we will post the event on our website, email blast, Facebook and all the local city groups we typically post to, it is the responsibility of the charity to promote the event. As we are running the event at a break even cost (based on 50 tickets sold), using our in house resources and social media marketing is the best we can do.
If it's a dedicated show, tickets will only be sold that apply to the organization. If it's an open public show, then only tickets purchased for the fundraiser will apply. We can also do an ongoing fundraiser where people can purchase any tickets to any show using a discount code but we will then donate 25% of the ticket price to organization.
